## LIBRO DE RECLAMACIONES VIRTUAL SAN BORJA GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES S.A.C. RUC: 20556246743 Av. Carlos Villarán N° 140, La Victoria, Lima – Perú

Conforme a lo establecido en el Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor, este establecimiento cuenta con un Libro de Reclamaciones a tu disposición.

Para poder ingresar tu queja o reclamo deberás seguir los siguientes pasos:

**1.** Llenar el siguiente formulario registrando el tipo de reclamo o queja y los datos solicitados

**2.** Después de completar el formulario haz clic en el botón "Enviar".

**3.** En las siguientes 48 horas recibirás un mensaje por e-mail con tu número de reclamo o queja, el cual deberás guardar para tu posterior seguimiento o consulta.

**4.** De conformidad y en cumplimiento del D.S.101-2022 PCM, el plazo de atención del reclamo es de 15 días hábiles desde su presentación.
